What these tiers mean

The tiers come from how each champion is actually performing in the live Classic queue on the patch named at the top of this page, measured per lane rather than overall. A champion can sit two tiers apart in two lanes, and the lane hubs below break that out.

S and A are picks that reward the lane they are put in without asking for much setup. B is the working middle of the roster. C and D are champions whose good games depend on the enemy team letting them happen — which in a mode this old often means a specific matchup rather than a bad champion.

Tiers move, and they move weekly: collection runs the day after each patch, and every page says when its numbers were collected. Treat a tier as a starting point for picking, not as a verdict on a champion you already play well.
