The carry in this version starts poor and stays poor for a long time. There is no free first item and no trinket to trade for safety, so the early lane is about hitting the wave without walking into a support who bought a ward you did not.

Attack speed and crit come late and come expensive, which is why the item order below matters more than the final six slots. The build that wins bot is the one that turns each back into something the lane can feel, not the one that reaches its last item first.
